They say there is an open-door policy, but its not true. HR usually sides with management, it doesn't matter if they are right or wrong. Will not pay you for the job you actually do. Hires you for one position and increases your responsibilities without adjusting your salary. Often gives credit for the success of initiatives to managers who don't deserve it. There is No mentoring program in the company.
