Pros
Decent money ( if you can event get scheduled) however, in the long term it’s too mentally draining dealing with the managers ups and downs and dealing with the competitive & judgmental environment.
Cons
They need to have more regulations on how much the members can drink, they just don’t know how to say no.
I’ve had countless cases where members have been too drunk, too flirting, incredibly obnoxious and down right inappropriate. Most of the time, the all male management doesn’t notice until we eventually say something but the problems are never fixed long term.
There needs to be a serious conversation about this, being that the majority of the staff are bright & beautiful young women. Well they lost quite a few lol.
The lack of communication in terms of scheduling and termination is outstanding unprofessional. I think it would be better off if it was run by women and Alan (GM). ( Alan is the exception )
