      Pros

      The pay is good. Normal pay starts at 12.50 an hour and moves up after the probation period to 14per/hr. You earn 0.5 increase every 6 months if you perform up to expectation.

      Cons

      The split shifts and weather conditions are the only downsides.

      Pros

      The people, and the environment feels great. There aren't many people that you couldn't have a relaxing "surface level" conversation with.

      Cons

      There need to be significantly more opportunities for upward trajectory. At the moment it feels that moving up the ranks is a near futile effort.
