Pros

Well-known brand with exposure to a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Cons

Leadership at the highest levels can feel exclusionary and, at times, dismissive toward women and certain employees, creating an environment where not everyone is treated with equal respect or consideration. There are noticeable disparities in how individuals are supported, heard, and advanced. There is a lack of accountability and consistency in leadership. Standards are not applied evenly, and leadership is not held to the same level of accountability expected of employees. The culture often feels reactive and disorganized, with frequent shifts in direction and unclear decision-making. Teams are pushed to move quickly, but without the authority or clarity needed to execute effectively. This results in a “hurry up and wait” dynamic, where work is rushed under pressure, only to be delayed or reworked due to unresolved decisions at the top. There is also limited structure around growth or career development. Clear paths for advancement are not well defined, making it difficult to feel supported in long-term progression within the company. Overall, the environment can lead to wasted time and energy, as well as burnout, due to a lack of alignment, planning, and support.
