Salary plus commission from dealer and Mazda! Paid training, best hours around, demo offered, and insurance is reasonably priced. Everyone has their own job and it runs like a well-oiled machine. There is a reason multiple managers have been here over 20 years and multiple sales consultants have been here over 10 years. I've worked the chop shop dealers before where you are just a number. This store has been a breath of fresh air in an already difficult profession.

Hours are long if you are not used to it. ( owner does buy dinner 3 or 4 times a week, not just Sat) THANK YOU!
