Cons

Honestly, none. The working hours etc are as expected in the field of retail. I wished that I had joined the company much earlier in my career.

Micromanagement No room or very little room for progression Very low commission : 0.6% jewellery, 0.4% SPBs, 0.2% Rolex Slow to no action from management Minimal support Selling “Care” product as a KPI is ridiculous
