      they never lay people off. always guaranteed work.

      Cons

      lowest paid plant around. only off 2 days a year. working 6 days a week. and definitely understaffed.

      Heath Insurance Company Doctor Management is nice

      Have to do work you were not hired to do PTO is payed in lump sum at end of year No cost of living increase yearly
