Thank you for writing this review, continuous improvement is a core value of ours and we do proactively ask the team for feedback throughout employment so it is a shame to hear of your experience here.
Starting with the positives, thank you for highlighting our commitment to specialisation on the marketing cloud platforms (albeit with a slight undertone of dissatisfaction). We do position ourselves as thought-leaders and commit to understanding the platforms inside and out.
The point on change is completely fair, I can say as a growing business we do not always get things right. As a leadership team, it has been a journey for us as well and we do apologise for any negative experience you had here, the small business environment typically involves a lot of change. Whilst we try our best to keep the ship steady, based on your tenure I agree that there was a lot of change throughout that period which was crucial to getting us to where we are today. Since the restructure on 1st April this year, delivery of projects and team communication has improved massively and the feedback from the team has been really positive - albeit it's still early days and we will be improving as we go!
Our office is where our junior employees are situated and this is intentional so we can do our best to upskill them and create a conversational environment where questions can easily be answered and discussed. This may have contributed to the junior-feeling environment as you were office-based. Our experienced team members are all remote and have many years of experience on their side. Our extensive list of 5* client CSAT's support this!
MarCloud is mostly made up of remote workers so I'm glad you mention Friday Pulse as this tool is quite important for how we measure happiness within the company (alongside the eNPS survey).
The majority of our work we win ourselves, organically, so unfortunately I do not understand the comment around 'commando missions' from Salesforce.
We have not ever penalised anyone in any capacity so I'm afraid I do not understand what this point is referring to. We do have performance plans in place for underperformers which is intended to support them, although this is very rarely implemented.
My door is always open if you ever wanted to talk so please feel free to drop me a message on LinkedIn.
Otherwise, I wish you all the best in what you are doing now and thank you for the constructive parts of your feedback.
Tom
