Small family owned company, if you coming from a big corporation there might be some adjusting, however I don't see it as a negative thing.

just a toxic environment. the owner hides behind his suit. I do not know how him and his son sleep at night. You join them and you will be pushed out or fired in a few months if you are A project manager or a Super. your time will be short lived.
