Pros
Working remote is a great benefit.
Cons
There are no good way of communication any concerns you might have. They had a meeting to tell us how to communicate. But, if you use that route you are made feel that you don't want to do your job and you need to have a 1:1 with your manager. The person that took the Lead position has created a very toxic environment. If we say anything that we the team that is doing the job fells needs addressed we are made to feel like we are being mean to the lead. This use to be a great place to work but since the new position has been added we are no longer to say anything but good morning or bye in our main chat. If you put anything else in that chat you will get a call about saying something negative. Everyone is afraid to say anything due to backlash from mgmt.
