Pros
Easy to make customers happy. Customers are extremely understanding of wait times. Started in winter - very slow, simple, have the store to myself. Straight forward & task-oriented (count the ice cream, check if you need to make any cakes, do dishes, prep strawberries, etc). Making cakes is super fun and rewarding. Receive one free ice cream per shift. 15% discount. Oven and microwave available for heating your food. The store is easy to open and easy to close on your own.
Cons
The slab and freezers are Very loud. The marble slab radio sounds like additional white noise. Slabbing ice cream, litres, and ice cream cakes is quite hard on the wrists (they're not looking forward to summer!). If you need long sleeves, they must be black, worn under uniform t-shirt, and I Personally find layering like that to be extremely uncomfortable. Our vitamix blender screams grinding gears if you don't actively hold it down. Not allowed to have a chair in the back room. Obviously, none of these are serious cons, I had to scratch my brain to come up with them.
