The big boss seems oblivious to what's happening on the ground and shows little consideration for the dedication and hard work you put in. To make matters worse, they often believe they can do your job better than you, undermining your expertise and experience. Job security is almost nonexistent. You constantly feel like you're walking on eggshells, as termination can happen without warning or any clear reason. It's a high-stress environment where you never truly feel at ease. In summary, if you're in desperate need of quick cash for a short stint, this might suffice. But for those seeking a fulfilling and secure career with growth opportunities and recognition for your efforts, I wouldn't recommend it. This company seems more interested in short-term gains than in nurturing and valuing its employees.
