"OK" place to work, lots of turn-over, ok benefits, good pay, Senior Executives lack focus! - Anonymous employee March Networks Employee Review

The benefits have gotten pretty bad over the last few years, the products are declining, they struggle to deliver products to the market in a timely manner, a lot of turnover, many employees feel required to work while on vacation (I see this happen a lot), communication internally is the worst I have seen in any company, there is a lack of trust between executives and employees. The company has a strategic direction in place, but the executives lack the ability to execute. Company struggles to be profitable.
