Micromanagement and yet difficult communication. Conflicting information on projects. Difficulty creating connections with clients to to senior management interfering. Made to feel inadequate and inexperienced. Male top heavy. No respect for our creative direction (overriding designs) Lots on unpaid overtime (overtime is paid if you have worked more than 6 extra hours per day) Too much bureaucratie which take project time away (hence the overtime) High staff turn-over Outdated office space
