Salary is well below industry standards. The ELT is under qualified not having any QSR or franchising experience. Most of the ELT is over the age of 70 and out of touch and have no idea how to run the business and those with experience are disrespected and not valued. Technology is so far behind the industry standards. A lot of male chauvinism in leadership.
