Bad management all around - Delivery Driver Marco's Franchising Employee Review

I don't know about other market areas, but mine in New Albany Indiana, was a flop all together. Management, namely the GM, could never get a schedule out in a timely manner, causing issues with the workforce. The GM and two of his shift leads are constantly late to work by at least an hour for their shifts, sometimes even longer. All of this is verified through slack messaging. Myself and other team members wanted a hard copy of every time management was late, so we would post and slack in general chat for everybody to see. Not only that, but the GM and two of his shift leads also smelled like cat urine extremely bad. I honestly feel like they have not taken showers for at least a week or two.
