TOXIC WORKPLACE - Sales Marcus Technologies Employee Review

Toxic environment and lots of drama when I was there. I truly hope things have improved. Management pushes political affiliations during meetings. It’s a small office and HR struggles to keep things confidential. Owner will take orders from his 1099 employees if it means he gets to make more money. Pressured to fabricate certain documents and if you say no, you will get in trouble. This leads to HR having the owners back no matter if it’s illegal. I can go on but we’d be here for a while. The events listed were just from the last few months of my employment.
