Pros
One of the bigger agencies in NE Ohio. Very flexible atmosphere, generally a 9-5 schedule, and plenty of fun - barbeques, contests, dogs, etc. Great culture. Departments are well integrated and the agency encourages further learning.
Cons
Clients are often low-budget and not creatively inclined. A lot of emphasis on bloggers. Creatively challenged.
