      Pros

      Good atmosphere, family business, good way for progress

      Cons

      No much soft benefits, company was much more friendly with Dixons, not that great since Gary died and Heather stepped down

      Pros

      If you like overtime there is plenty. Some team leaders are good.

      Cons

      Long hours, mind numbing work. Factory floor is a bit chaotic. Dull lighting, hard to concentrate. Clicky workforce, bullying going on. Had to leave, it made me ilI lost 2 stone in weight in 4 months.
