In my experience, if you are happy to do the same job day in and day out, then this is for you. You have a job role, and as long as you fulfil that role, then job done. On the other hand, if you are mover and shaker, a dynamic individual who wants to make a change, then perhaps this is not for you. Upset senior management and you are out in the blink of an eye.
