Pros
Good company events every year like a softball tournament if you're with the in crowd at your restaurant. Growth is there if you play puppy dog. Great place to party since your always at work.
Cons
High demands and little to no support from corporate. When things like 2 managers in the same store are in a relationship is brought to corporate the person bringing it up is either transfered and or disciplined somehow. Absolutely no quality of life outside of work and little pay for the hours you invest
