Good flexibility in regard to part-time students, was allowed to adjust shifts to make Uni attendance possible Willingness to employ - I had no experience when hired, so I was grateful that Margiotta was able to offer me a position.

Unresponsive Management - feedback was often ignored or slow to implement, this is especially prevalent around maintenance issues, Worklife Balance - Whilst not really an issue working part-time, the evening shift pattern of 2-10pm would probably impact work/life balance if pursued full time.
