Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely disappointed to hear that this has been your impression as a current member of our team. While we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our culture and values, we take all employee concerns seriously. Our HR Department remains fully available to support team members and address any concerns confidentially and constructively. We encourage you to reach out directly to HR or a member of our leadership team if you would like to discuss your concerns in more detail.
We’re proud that our firm is experiencing significant growth—growth that’s being driven by the strength, dedication, and talent of our workforce. While it may appear that we are “always hiring,” that activity reflects expansion and opportunity, not high turnover. In fact, many of our team members have advanced and grown their careers within the firm as a result of our evolving structure and increased client demand.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a supportive and professional workplace, we continue to invest in our people and adapt our policies to meet the needs of the team. During the COVID-19 pandemic, for example, we ensured that all full-time employees remained fully paid and continued to receive their benefits throughout months of government-mandated office closures—something we remain proud of to this day.
Regarding leadership, we are actively engaged in a thoughtful and strategic transition. A new Managing Partner has recently been appointed and is working in close collaboration with the current Managing Partner. This deliberate process reflects our ongoing commitment to continuity, modernization, and long-term success.
We remain focused on fostering a collaborative, respectful, and forward-thinking environment, and we truly value constructive feedback from our team members as we continue to grow and evolve.
