      Pros

      Based on my experience with the manager, I believe this is a great team to work with, although experiences may vary across different teams.

      Cons

      Full-time work from the office is required, with a minimum of 9 hours to be completed each day, including a 1-hour break.

      Pros

      This is the best IT company in entire South India. The CEO is also greatest in South India. We are happy that we can work in this company even though the pay is not that much. If we meet the CEO and request directly, we even get work from home option.

      Cons

      Most of the decisions are now taken by Directors from Hong Kong office. Not sure why the directors in India are not involved.
