Pros

Health insurance and no other pros to mention.

Cons

Delayed appraisals. Instead of April they keep on delaying the annual appraisal. The maximum is 15% that too should be with addendum. The mail which is sent by the management. “The employees who are eligible for increment in salary pursuant to the performance appraisal at a rate of 15% or more of their existing salary shall be paid the increased salary on 30-06-2023 subject to the below condition. "Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Employment Contract, the Employee shall not terminate the Employment contract for a period of one year from the date of this e-mail failing which the employee shall pay to the Company the difference between the increased salary and the existing salary for each month of employment starting from 01S April 2023 as pre-determined damages. The Company shall have the right to withhold all sums payable to the Employee and to adjust against the pre-determined damages." The respective employees shall have a period of 5 working days to discuss/clarify with their reporting manager with regard to the above.“ No work life balance. You should work till late night.

Pros

This is the best IT company in entire South India. The CEO is also greatest in South India. We are happy that we can work in this company even though the pay is not that much. If we meet the CEO and request directly, we even get work from home option.

Cons

Most of the decisions are now taken by Directors from Hong Kong office. Not sure why the directors in India are not involved.
