-You are definitely not just a number at Marian - they truly care about every one of their employees and do so much to show their appreciation for them. -The family and executives have built an environment that makes you want to show up every day. -The Executive and management teams are both very approachable. -Marian employees stick around (there are 70+ employees that have worked here for at least 25 years, so they're doing something right) -Marian does a TON for local communities they work in -Quickly growing company with lots of opportunity for your to make your mark -Very well diversified (as far as industries they work in), which is great for job security

Not much, though it would be nice for office staff to have a bit more flexibility with working from home for specific situations
