Pros
Stable Employment, 401 K, Healthcare
Cons
The Healthcare Costs are very high: for $120 a month, you get a high deductible plan in which you pay for everything out of pocket, for $300 you get fair insurance. The 401 K plan is terrible and they did not offer it until about 2 years ago. I put in 700 dollars a month and they provided around 70 dollars a month to match. They operate at half staff and have burnt out the counselors that are there. They expect the staff to do more and more work with less and less employees. The employees gossip and bully while management does nothing. They will not provide you a copy of your performance reports either because HR says it cannot be printed. No supervisor, ever, in my many years working there has ever had me sign a form with written feedback from them. Cliques provide favortism and not all staff are treated equal. During the pandemic, all employees were made to work from home. However, now favorite staff members who do less work are allowed to work from home and individual circumstances are not legitimate.
