Pros
Good people. Quite smart too. Not too much politics although it has increased in the last couple of years
Cons
Company has moved backwards in last few years. Policies are outdated, increments and incentives for employees are poor. All while the CEO remains highest paid FMCG CEO in India. Poor Head Office hygiene. Rats running around the office
