1. Team progression is not of a concern. ED pushes no value task and task that shouldn’t be handled by the team. Usually are tasks that other team doesn’t want to take up due to some reasons with very short timelines. 2. ED does not communicate to the team which has direct impact. People outside of the team knew before the team does. 3. Unprofessional in people management. Expectations and standards among team members varied. 4. Management choose to take sides and is not being transparent to discuss certain issue that took place.
