      Pros

      Great atmosphere, passionate scientists, I felt as if I was truly part of a team where I was valuable and appreciated.

      Cons

      Poor management, just because you have a PhD does not necessarily dictate that you have sound management skills. Halo effect ultra-prevalent

      Pros

      The benefits were great, especially the bonus. Most of the employees were great, the atmosphere was fast paced but relatively casual.

      Cons

      It no longer exists... in the past, the biggest problem was that upper management did not trust their employees and didnt listen to what they thought was best.
