Work environment felt inviting. The no tipping allowed for steady pay and removed the “competitive” aspect of serving and getting tables.

The management was very very difficult to work with. Voicing concerns of racism, and issues with how you are being spoke to will result in punishments. It feels as if time off is given based on favouritism- and although the stability from not getting tips is beneficial, the lack of consistency in hours counteracts that.
