      MSI was a wonderful place to volunteer as a teenager and an even better place to work as an adult! If informal education, outdoor education, and environmental stewardship are your thing, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      It's a non-profit, so the pay is less-than-lavish.

      Fun environment, great for animal lovers, very hands on, active/physical job, great coworkers

      Cons

      Very little/slow changes/improvements, low pay for a lot of work, always ask for feedback but it is very rarely taken into account
