      Working outside is nice. Feel like you're making a difference

      Cons

      Horrendous treatment of animals, I experienced discrimination, I saw kids experience the same treatment and little was done to resolve it, My ideas were used by management without being allowed to take part in implementation. No room to grow or advance. Terrible pay. Inconsistent hours.

      Fun environment, great for animal lovers, very hands on, active/physical job, great coworkers

      Cons

      Very little/slow changes/improvements, low pay for a lot of work, always ask for feedback but it is very rarely taken into account
