Poor Management - Sales Coordinator Marioff Employee Review

Respectful, took care of the employees, advancement opportunities, great pay

Sold company and moved MD warehouse to Georgia and fired everyone at the MD location

No pros. Pay is ok but when you take into consideration how hard you need to work to make company targets in which you are not rewarded for when they are made!

Constant changing of processes, half the time they don't bother to tell you about and then give you a hard time when you don't follow the new wa. Rude managers with bad attitudes whom think they can talk to you any way they please. Training is very rushed and minimal and you will be given a hard time if you can't keep up with the enormous work load Very cliche. Told they don't hire friends and family to avoid this and then they put two family members in the same team. One rule for one and one rule for another. Honestly, this company don't know whether they are coming or going. Overcharge their customers hugely and its your job to take the abuse which results from this.
