I have been employed with this company for 8 years.

It is not correct that the company does not give increments. If a persons caliber is good the company provide more than one increment in a year even with out having to ask. The salaries are also paid on time The company does not take on outsourced jobs. They develop their own ERP product. So the company expects good quality work and if a staff is not found to perform well then there can be some issues. To the person who has written that no increments etc. The simple question is what was the employee hanging on to for 8 years if there was no increments or was nt treated properly ?

None whatsoever. Nothing to recommend, as the company is not worth complimenting on any criteria. Will never have any thing positive to comment.

The company does not follow any processes. Company management has no idea of how software is developed. Basic requirements are not known when starting the project and without the fundamentals of management, the company is impossible to work for. Threats and foul language is used in conferences, even with women employees present.
