Unrealistic objectives set by management, Pointless tasks set in regards to screen maintenance. Amount of paperwork to sort through and scan. Issues with drivers and planning unrealistic to match drivers speed so work often thrown out from days into nights and expected to cover. Issues with majority of places they deliver too like Tesco Goole where drivers sit for 3-4 hours then still have other jobs to hit. Emails from management in a belittling way when one thing goes wrong despite the huge amount of tasks you have to do alone... I could go on all day!
