Pros
You will get to meet founders from companies who have been through Shark Tank . If you are a Shark Tank fan then this will pull the curtains up and you'll get to see what goes on after a product gets run into the ground.
Cons
Employees won't get the equipment they need to complete their jobs effectively. Almost every employee is overworked and underpaid. Generally speaking, you would be take a ~$30,000 pay cut to work for Cuban. Your workplace is filled with people who were hired almost exclusively due to nepotism and have no problems backstabbing you out if they see a way to get a leg up. You may never get to meet Mark Cuban because he's never there and there are no networking opportunities with anyone worthwhile.
