I do not recommend this company to anyone, unless you are in a very difficult financial situation and just need any job to get by. This place tends to hire a lot of young people in their early twenties who are just starting their careers. At first, the salary might look decent for that age, but don’t let that fool you because the overall work environment is extremely negative and draining.
There is very little professionalism or empathy within management. Personal issues often spill into the workplace, creating unnecessary tension and toxicity. The company culture is not inclusive or supportive, especially toward women or anyone with family responsibilities. Work-life balance simply doesn’t exist here, and flexibility is not an option. Working from home is discouraged, and employees who request it are often made to feel guilty about it.
There is no real opportunity for growth. During interviews, you might hear promises about career development, but in reality promotions are rare and often based on favoritism rather than merit. I’ve seen great employees overlooked while others were given new job titles that didn’t make sense, just to create the illusion of advancement.
Every benefit the company offers is paid out of pocket. Parking, whether inside or outside, is paid. The cafeteria, although nice and run by a private chef, is also paid. There are no true benefits or perks provided by the employer.
Job security is low. Terminations often happen suddenly and without prior warning, usually at the very end of the workweek. The process feels cold and impersonal. After several years working there, it became clear to me that decisions like this were often premeditated, and unfortunately employee well-being was never a priority.
In my experience, the overall atmosphere is extremely demotivating. The good people eventually leave, while those who stay long-term are often just enduring it. If you are looking for a healthy environment, professional growth, or any kind of genuine leadership, this is not the place for you.
I wish someone had warned me before I joined. So if you’re reading this and considering applying, take this as your sign to look elsewhere.
