Constant misdirection from too many vice presidents. There are three Vp's and one president. All of which have their own agenda. Almost constant yelling and disrespect to employees. Seems that belittling and leading by fear is their preferred method of managing. Some may equate their mentality as that of the kid next to an ant hill with a magnifying glass on a sunny day.
