Pros

Supervisors are supportive and are invested in the success of their team

Cons

No organization or certainty. Hired a mass class which I was a part of for a collections representative and was switched to 4 different roles within a year. Goals and things that needed to be accomplished per our role changed on a constant basis. Company locations closed in Texas and California during my employment and the CEO left the company leaving everyone in the air about their future, yet we were assured not to worry. I was one of many laid off in March of 2016 which I was completely blindsided. No severance, no warning. A few months later, I find out they hired a brand new class.

Pros

None anymore. They laid off the entire west coast division this past week. Almost 3 years at this company and they fired everyone despite the west being the only profitable part of the company. Since previous VP quit a month ago the morale was horrible, and the idiots back in Jacksonville never told anyone anything. I can't believe they fired the top team & sales reps in the company.

Cons

Jacksonville has no idea how business works in California. Nothing but negative from anyone there. They kept doing audits and looking for issues but never found anything. Not competitive in the California market after the VP who ran the center left. The current president of Markone is milk toast. The owner of Markone lives in Los Angeles and hasn't visited the LA office in years. They killed a great team. They didn't even keep collections team who was the best in the company. Can't wait to see them fail.
