Pay is solid. Always lots of extra materials to take home and use on projects. If you know the right people you can get lots of free stuff.

Extremely toxic. If you're not somehow related to the OG's you're screwed. Management can't seem to make up their mind on anything - no communication at all and I get whiplash from random changes that we don't know about until after the fact. No one knows what's going on and everything is done in secret - unless you know someone who can help you skirt the system you're just on an island. It was getting better about a year ago but it's back to the old ways. Everything is set up for people with lots of tenure and for all the talk of employee owned, but it's only the people who were there from the start have that. 401k match doesn't even actually match for years - total bait and switch whenever it comes to money.
