fun environment, wondeful colleagues as they are truely one of a kind, you feel like you know them for so long, and they are very helpful and supportive
Cons
stressful. no planing and when there is, they don't stick with it. it is the word of the CEO the goes at the end. if you do some good apple polish and the CEO likes you in return, then you're on the right track, there is lot of "one of us" and "a friend of the CEO" attitude. as you grow with them you will find out there is no progress on career level, if you're fresh or junior, its the right place for you, if you're a senior, there is no development in your career. you need to start with good salary (in your terms) because the yearly raises are pitiful, when they are given.
