Pros
1.Growth both in personal terms and the package growth. 2. Hardly anyone leaves this company. I have worked here for past 3 years and have not yet seen a person leave. so attrition is zero at least since I have been here. The research environment and the busines environment is very positive. The incentive policies are transparent so it is possible for a 3 year old to carry home more money that the one who is working for many more years. Hiring policies are quite unconventional. Very difficult to get selected to work with them.
Cons
They ask you to work for 60 hrs a week in the first year. Since the first year is only training and the company is majorly teaching you about domain etc witout expecting much from you so it may be justified. Basically for the first year they expect you to just study and learn and the learning curve is long. If you have an issue with lot of reading/studying and exercising your brain a lot don't join them.
