      Most of the people I've encountered are good people

      Cons

      Workload outweighs job description and isn't aligned with salary, pay is low compared to other companies and similar role, watch what you say gossip is everywhere and management shows favoritism, company is out of touch with different cultures and doesn't show any interest in celebrating diversity in the workplace
