Great company- excellent opportunity to break in to Entrepreneurship

Benefits weren't bad and overall fellow employees were good.

Everything you can think of that could be wrong with a place of business. Toxic work environment with management being petty, verbally abusive, degrading, hateful, and overall not good people. You could only get ahead if you were friends of theirs, a distributor, or just as hateful as they were. Human resources either didn't do anything or didn't care to do anything. Everyday there was that gut wrenching feeling that you wanted to be sick just walking into the building.
