      Fun company, they like to have parties and drink

      Cons

      They are (or were when I was there) all about the profit, and micro management. They timed your client phone call and wanted them cut back to 2 minutes or less. Can't build trust and relationships that way.

      Pros

      MFG provides employees with a great atmosphere. Everyone gets along with one another which allows for each department to communicate effectively and efficiently. Owners and directors keep employees engaged with various company wide events and initiatives.

      Cons

      Personally, I did not run into anything I did not like at MFG.
