Market JD fosters a flexible work environment that is focused on collaboration and helping team members grow their skills. Team members are comfortable approaching one another, as well as comfortable approaching the CEO regarding operational issues or opportunities. The digital marketing field is inherently dynamic, so the nature of the work is ever-changing.

With so many remote workers in various locations, project management and consistent deadlines can be hard to pull off due to communication delays and miscommunication. Since the work varies throughout the month, workloads can be heavy some weeks, but light others.

I learned a ton at MJD and was able to balance a work/life/and school schedule. Rafi, the owner, worked with me and allowed for lots of scheduling flexibility, family time, and time off. I do not recall him ever denying a time off request. Loved the team at MJD and because it is a small office everyone is very tight knit. No real cons. MJD is a growing business which means a lot of hats to wear for everyone (this is a pro for some and a con for others). I like it to a point because work does not get boring and you can try out new tasks/types of jobs.
