      -The product is just bad. Not popular and far behind market standards in many ways -A lot of driving at times -Some micromanagement -No benefits/limited upwards mobility

      -Managers are pretty flexible regarding time off, etc -The schedule was very consistent which is good. (Same hours and time every week)

      Cons

      -Sometimes there was last minute or abrupt changes to the strategy, however, that can also be attributed to the fact that some changes would come from the client, not Market Recon themselves
