Company which has awesome content writers for creating Self-Aggrandizing stories .Previously good in delivering self-praising speeches and fake promises. Now gone to next level by posting Self-Aggrandizing stories and reviews. Offers nice opportunities for content writers but doubt whether MSF has financial support to pay for them.
Cons
Agree that MSF has paused to soar higher but it has been paused for so long more than a year. Atleast there should be some momemtum at times or else it will be considered as dead. From an employee perspective, timely salaries and hikes only will define the company’s growth. Not your beautified reviews and promotional speeches will emphasize that MSF is soaring higher. If MSF is a place for handpicked and chosen ones, then why these most efficient and chosen ones have left the organiztion in the past 2-3 years. Its a sign that MSF is DROWNING!!!
