Pros

There are no pros to this company unless you enjoy walking around in the Texas heat and not getting paid for training

Cons

Walking around door to door sales in the heat No pay for training No base pay/salary until you move up No benefits unless you make the company money by moving up According to Texas PayDay law, all companies, even if they are commissioned based only, must pay their employees during training. This company does not do that. Basically, they drop you off in a neighborhood/apartment complex and make you go door to door selling whatever campaign they have going on at the time in professional business attire no less. Training is three days long, and in those three days, you are not getting paid for your time. Think about that, you are forced to walk around in the Texas heat, going door to door dressed from head to toe in professional business attire without getting paid for doing it. Not to mention all the gas you’ll have to pay for driving back and forth during those days. You don’t start getting a salary or benefits until you become an assistant manager which could take months. I would not recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Any company that does not abide by the Texas PayDay law, cannot be good. Could you make money at this company, sure, but they are mostly profiting from your work without giving you a fair cut until you move up and get a few more people to give up their time and energy. It is basically a never ending loop. Times are tough enough as it is, people’s time is valuable, to not pay them during training, or give them a guaranteed base pay for walking around door to door is messed up. Do not waste your time with this company, please! If you really want to find a job that will pay you for your time, all of your time, go to company websites and apply there.
